Representative (SDR) Program

The Ambra SDR Program is a unique and rewarding way to step foot into the world of healthcare technology. From identifying potential partners in the outpatient space, to speaking with leaders at some of the top healthcare systems in the country, the SDR role will allow you to acquire a vast knowledge of healthcare IT while fine-tuning your interpersonal skills. Over the course of the program, you will be trained on the technical features of the Ambra platform while also developing a more general skill set to eventually become a direct sales professional.

Sales Development Representative Overview:

  • Identify, research, and outreach to potential prospects for direct Sales opportunities.
  • Work with the Marketing team to streamline current processes for cold and warm leads.
  • Understand and communicate the full sales cycle, from building awareness and generating leads, to communicating Ambra’s value proposition.
  • Scale processes including lead generation, sales presentations, customer list development, and more.
  • Continually research and learn about the healthcare IT industry and healthcare software, including attendance at one of the industry-leading conferences in the U.S.
  • Opportunity to oversee SDR I team quota production as a Team Lead to gain management experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through various mediums (email, phone, web meeting).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • A lifelong passion for participating in and witnessing mediocre karaoke performances.
